Fibroid’s
Fibroid’s in woman are common and estimates include 20-50% of women aged between 35-50 have them. Symptoms may include constipation, bladder infections, bleeding between periods. They can also have an adverse effect on Fertility.
In Chinese Medicine, Fibroid’s are viewed as a Stagnation of Blood. This means that blood isn’t moving as freely as it should be and may also accumulate in places where it shouldn’t. There are excellent points in Acupuncture that are used to move blood and increase circulation in the body and more importantly the areas to resolve fibroid masses.
I will also discuss diet with you as some foods are to be avoided where as others are recommended.
