Avoid – Excess Dairy Products (Inability to Digest), processed foods, sugar, crisps, fizzy drinks, deep fried foods, take aways.
Supplements – Zinc, Calcium, Iron, Selenium, Manganese, Potassium, Folic Acid, probiotics
Body Weight – No diets during e.g. Ivf. Weight gain/loss of 10% can reduce ovulatory/fertility.
Sleep – 8-9 Hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Coffee –Slows down rate of conception, increases miscarriage
Nicotine – Up to 30% reduced rate of conception.
Alcohol – Slows down rate of conception, increases miscarriage.
Start day with glass of luke warm water with lemon
Exercise – Walking, Swimming, Yoga, Pilates
Mediterranean Diet – Increases up to 40%

Vitamin C – Berries, Citrus fruits, leafy green veg.
Vitamin E – Nuts, Seeds.
Co-enzyme Q10 – (Organic) Beef, Chicken, Pork, Salmon, Trout, Broccoli, Oranges.
Selenium – Lamb, Turkey, Cod, Halibut, Sardines, Salmon, Tuna, Brazil Nuts.

Lycopene – Grapefruit, Tomatoes, Watermelon
